On Sunday 18th November some of our club members competed at the Autumn Championships held in London. We can proudly say we obtained a total of 4 silver and 7 bronze medals. Two of our poomsae competitors made it to the finals, so a massive well done! Everyone’s been training hard in the run up to the competition and made remarkable improvements to their sparring and poomsae. This made for a lot of breathtaking matches on the day where only the last few seconds determined the winner.
Congratulations to everyone, you deserved the KFC! Also a special thanks to Ieva Wade for volunteering to be a corner judge, as well as to Peter Smielewski, Sameh Hussain, Rebecca Park and our guest poomsae specialist. We couldn’t have done it without you.
