Procedures for Ordering Equipment
Ordering Deadline: Wednesday 16th November.
Cheques must arrive by Wednesday 16th November.
Prices are currently being updated. They will be sorted before the time of the next order. Any prices are subject to change. If so you will be informed of the change and given an option whether to proceed with the order. Some items may not be shipped this term if the order size is too small, the minimum order size is stated below, if applicable. Your equipment/clothing should arrive within two weeks of the order deadline and you will be able to collect it at trainings.

Protective Equipment (WTF/Olympics/full contact style)
Gumshield/Mouthguards are ESSENTIAL if you wish to participate in
any sparring competitions. We do not supply these but they are
available in many sports shops in Cambridge.
These equipment can be used in club sparring sessions and WTF competitions (full contact). We also recommend getting shin guards, forearm guards and groin guards if you wish to attend sparring training regularly.

Protective Equipment (ITF/Varsity/semi contact style)
These equipment can be used in some club sparring sessions, ITF competitions and Varsity
competitions (semi contact). Gumshield/Mouthguards are ESSENTIAL if you
wish to participate in any sparring competitions. We do not supply
these but they are available in many sports shops in Cambridge.
We also recommend getting shin guards, forearm guards and groin guards if you wish to attend sparring training regularly.

To place an order of any of these please follow the usual procedures as far as possible, the Equipment & Clothing Secretary will provide exact prices and options.
- Instep Protectors: not listed above as they are not permitted in WTF style competitions. They cost £6 (elasticated) and £20 (PU)
- Shin and Instep Protectors: not listed above as they are not permitted in WTF style competitions. They cost £7 (elasticated), £16 (PU), £25 (Adidas).
- Martial Arts Shoes: not listed above as they are not permitted in competitions. Please look on the Playwell website and/or Google to see what is available. For some Adidas, Pro-Spec and Mooto shoes we get a club discount which comes to about £10 off.
- Pink (or Yellow) sparring boots and gloves: not listed because... it's pink. Same prices as dipped foam boots and gloves.
